Founding engineer (backend)
About the role
You'll build the crawling and data systems behind discovery, the pipelines that ingest, enrich, and serve millions of creator profiles. You'll work directly with the founders on the hardest infrastructure problems we have.
What you'll do
- Build and scale the Instagram scraping + enrichment pipeline — high-throughput, resilient, observable.
- Design the data models and APIs that power search and the product.
- Keep the system fast and reliable under real load and anti-bot pressure.
What we look for
- Strong backend Python (FastAPI, Taskiq) with PostgreSQL, Redis, and OpenSearch / ClickHouse.
- You like systems that scale and care about correctness, observability, and clean design.
