What each plan includes

Price, included credit, seats and active campaigns for each self-serve plan — read from the same definitions the app and your invoice use.

Choosing a plan

Pick the plan whose included credit covers a normal month for you. Going over is not a failure state — it costs the same per action either way — so there is no reason to buy a larger plan than your typical month needs. Larger plans do two extra things: they raise the seats and active campaigns included, and they discount the highest-volume actions.

Changing or cancelling

Change or cancel your plan any time from Settings → Plan & billing. A plan change — up or down — takes effect immediately, and Stripe puts a prorated adjustment on your next invoice for the part of the cycle you had already paid for. On a downgrade your remaining credit stays with you rather than being reduced to the smaller plan’s amount. Cancelling is different: it takes effect at the end of the current cycle, so you keep access until then.
