What spends credit

Which actions are metered and at what rate, which are free, and exactly what happens when you use more than your plan includes.

What each action costs

ActionRate
Outreach email sent Charged when the email leaves, not per draft.$10/1K
Email finder lookup Charged per creator looked up.$0.10
Searching and viewing creators Filter the database and open as many profiles as you like.Free
AI assistant conversation Not currently charged — ask as much as you like.Free

These are the standard rates. Higher plans discount outreach and finder lookups. Talking to the AI assistant does not currently draw from your credit.

What is free

Searching the creator database, opening creator profiles, and talking to the AI assistant are free, however much you do them. Filter, read, and ask as much as you like — you are charged when you act on what you found (an outreach send, an email-finder lookup), not when you look or plan.

Free is not the same as untracked: searches and profile views are still recorded in your workspace activity, because the product uses them to improve results. They simply carry no cost.

Using more than your plan includes

On a paid plan with an active subscription, running out of included credit does not stop your work. Metered actions keep running at the same rate, and the extra is added to your next invoice as a single line — so a busy month costs more rather than cutting you off.

This applies only while a paid subscription is active. A free workspace, or one whose subscription has lapsed or whose payment is failing, stops at zero instead of accruing — metered actions are refused until credit or a working subscription is restored. That boundary is deliberate: it is what keeps an unpaid workspace from running up a bill nobody agreed to.

If you would rather stay inside the budget, move up a plan: a larger plan includes more credit and discounts the highest-volume actions.
