Seats never block an invite. Your plan includes some; anyone beyond that is billed for the days they are in the workspace.

What a seat is

A seat is one person in your workspace. Every plan includes a number of them; anyone beyond that number is a paid seat.

How seats are billed

Seats work the way usage does: you are billed for the days a seat is actually occupied, not a whole month in advance. Once a day we record how many people are in the workspace beyond your included seats, and those days are settled onto your next invoice as one line.

A paid seat is $20 per seat per month, charged for the days it is occupied rather than as a flat monthly line.

The rules, in full

• Invites are never blocked. There is no seat limit to hit and no upgrade wall between you and adding a teammate. Workspaces are configured for unlimited membership; the extra seat simply appears on your bill.
• Remove someone and the charge stops. Billing follows the days a seat was occupied, so removing a teammate stops the cost from the next daily record onward.
• Seats are free during the trial. Bring the whole team in while you are evaluating — seat billing begins when the trial converts to a paid plan.
• Sales-granted workspaces are not metered. If your access was granted directly by our team, seats are not billed for as long as that grant is active.
